This hotel of the highest catagory lies facing the sea on the south side of the island. It is 7.5 km to the centre of
the city.
In the main building there are 300 fully fitted Deluxe rooms with sea view.
14 villas provided with thatched roofs behind the main building contain 56 tastefully furnished suites.
Every room has two double beds or a king size double bed, a luxurious bathroom, air-conditioning, satellite TV, minibar,
telephone, safe and your own terrace with hammock.
The hotel has two swimming pools one of which lies on the internal private beach. Beside a tennis court, there is a shop,
as well as different restaurants and bars available for the guests.
Every morning our boat holds at the pier of Fiesta Americana to pick up the divers at the hotel.
The breakfast buffet is served in the beach restaurant. The guests in the suites can alternatively take a continental
breakfast in their own room. Towels belong to the service
As an other service you can rent taxis at the reception, as well as bicycles, mopeds and cars. A local travel agent
gladly helps you with the organisation of day trips or with flight bookings.

This pleasant and comfortable hotel lies on the south side of the island and offers a view over the sea and is
only 1.7 kms from the centre of the city.
The rooms have two double beds or a king size double bed.
All rooms have fully fitted bathrooms, air-conditioning, telephone, satellite television and a balcony with sea - or
pool view.
The rich breakfast buffet is served in the hotel restaurant. Alternatively you can have breakfast à la carte in
the beach restaurant.
Within the entertainment program there is Karaoke at the weekend in the bar of the restaurant.
Towels belong to the service of the house. In the reception safes can be rented.
For further entertainment, a tennis court and shopping facilities in the lobby are available. In addition there is a
baby-sitter's service. On the car park before the entrance area taxis are always waiting for guests. Mopeds and cars
can also be rented. Bicycles are offered free of charge by the hotel. The local travel agent gladly helps you with the

The 22 rooms are simple and are furnished in the typical Mexican style. They have double beds, air-conditioning and

Some of the more spacious Deluxe rooms have, in addition, a small living room with refrigerator. Some rooms are with
view onto the quiet street, others go out to the lobby and to the inner courtyard where the continental breakfast is
served.

walking distance to the center of town.
Spacious bedroom, living room with Kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.
The Kitchenette has an oven, refrigerator and dishes.
All rooms have A/C, TV and are well decorated.
Even so the apartments are near the center of town they are quiet. Recommended to people that like to
experience some of the local Mexican way of life.
Breakfast is not included in the price but the neighborhood restaurants provide good and inexpensive breakfast
opportunities.

Das im Erdgeschoß gelegene Zimmer für maximal 2 Personen verfügt über ein Doppelbett, Kitchenette, Kühlschrank,
Klimaanlage und Deckenventilator sowie über einen Kabelfernseher.
Die beiden Gartenstudios besitzen je ein Doppelbett, Kitchenette, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage und Deckenventilator.
Das im Erdgeschoß hat zusätzlich ein, das im ersten Stock zusätzlich 2 Einzelbetten.
Bei Belegung mit drei oder vier Personen, bitte die Preise erfragen.
Die Wohnung im Stil Maisonette ist mit Klimaanlage und Deckenventilator ausgestattet. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich

sehen die Unterkünfte aus, mit schönen Details.
Im gemeinschaftlichen Aufenthaltsraum befindet sich eine Kitchenette mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und
Küchengeschirr.
Im Hofbereich gibt es einen kleinen Pool, ein Becken zur Reinigung des Tauchequipments sowie eine
Grillecke.
Alle Unterbringungen haben jeweils ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, King Size Bett, Kabelfernseher und Safe.
Die drei Bungalows und die Suite auf der ersten Etage verfügen jeweils über eine Klimaanlage.
Die Suite auf der zweiten Etage hat lediglich einen Ventilator, ist aber durch die Bauweise im
